Shipping + Returns
Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences.
STANDARD SHIPPING: USA
We ship most US orders via Arch Best or UPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Guest Services for additional information.
All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it is
not eligible for cancellation but can be returned, see our Return Policy below.
If an item is damaged or defective:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return with your order number
and picture(s) of the defect.
Please keep all original packaging
If you choose to return your item(s) for any other reason, please take note of the following:
Please email us at email@example.com to request a return within 14 days of your original purchase. Please include your order number, item(s), and reason for the return.
Shipping is non-refundable for items that are not damaged.
You will be responsible for the return shipping in the original packaging within 14 days.
Your refund will be processed as your choice of store credit or refund sent within 30 business days of receiving your return.
Furniture, lighting, and rug orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please treat a gift card like cash, in the event
a gift card is lost we are not able to track or replace. Reclaimed Warehouse is not responsible
for lost or stolen gift cards. GIFT CARD EXPIRE 1 YEAR AFTER ISSUE DATE
DISCOUNTED or CLOSEOUT ITEMS
Any item discounted 30% or more and/or closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
MADE-TO-ORDER or CUSTOM ITEMS
Made-to-order or custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear are non-returnable and non-refundable. All
returned items for personal care must not be opened, used, or washed (ie, candles, soaps,
lotions, clothing etc). Any lighting returned must still be in original packaging and not have any
electrical cords cut.
We reserve the right to deny any return if it fails to meet these criteria and to cancel any order
for any reason.
*If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the
customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
